We will be offering a complimentary shuttle bus service at the end of day 2 of the conference and a return to the venue for dinner to and from a small number of locations in the city centre of Sheffield.

Pick up location

We are also considering extending this service to cover arrival and departure on day 1 and arrival on day 2 of the event should there be sufficient interest. Please help us to assess the need for this service by registering your interest during the registration process. We will confirm further details closer to the event.

MOBILE APP

A mobile application (app) will be used at the event to allow delegates to access event information whilst on the go and have access to the delegate list. To access the app, you must provide your email address to the provider company CrowdComms. After the event, your email will be deleted.

FUTURE EVENTS/COMMUNICATION

Your registration data will be used for event preparation. This includes communicating relevant information to you and adding your name and company to the delegate list which will be shared with event attendees only. Data will be used for this purpose only. All submitted data will be held, subject to the General Data Protection Regulations May 2018, for one year after this event by Nuclear AMRC and our Event partners (Marick and CrowdComms). You can withdraw or amend your consent at any time, please contact us at info@nuclearmanufacturingsummit.co.uk clearly marking your email 'Nuclear Manufacturing Summit GDPR'. All data submitted should relate to the delegate attending the event.

Photography

Nuclear AMRC will have official photographers and videographers at this event, identifiable with official tabards. Any official photographs or videos will be used solely for the purpose of promoting this and similar Nuclear AMRC events via digital and conventional media. Booking and Payments

By completing and submitting a booking request, you are confirming your agreement to the terms and conditions set out by Marick.

For the purposes of clarification, the contracting party shall be Marick Communications (as the event provider) and either you or your employing organisation (as the event attendee/event booker).

Payment terms are strictly 30 days or before the event, whichever is closest. We reserve the right to refuse entry if payment is not received before the event. If your registration is at short notice, we will require payment by credit card to secure your place.

Payment can be made at the point of booking by Credit Card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, you can also request an invoice which can be paid by Bank Transfer. If you subsequently opt to pay an invoice by credit card, we accept business credit cards only and this is subject to a 3% card processing fee on invoice total.

Please quote your invoice number on payments.

Cancellation and postponement policy

All cancellations, alterations or amendments must be received in writing to info@nuclearmanufacturingsummit.co.uk

We can accept a replacement delegate if you are no longer able to attend.

Refunds are available on the following basis only:

Cancellation by 20 October 2024 - 50% refundable minus a £10 pound administration fee

Cancellation 21 October 2024 onwards - Non-refundable

Marick Communications reserves the right to cancel an event. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid. In the event that Marick Communications postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid.

Marick Communications is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event.
